Our client, a non-profit organization in the field of financial health based in Quebec City that stands out in the job market and in employability development, is looking for a new Executive Director.
In this position, mandates come with a high level of responsibility for human resources and financial management and require a strong ability to find new partners.

Tasks
Develop and apply the human resources management policy.
Maintain and ensure the sound management of human resources.
Establish the organization's personnel needs in order to ensure harmonious development.
Establish the mission, vision and values of the organization in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Prepare budgets and administer finances.
Draft policies for adoption by the Board of Directors and prepare procedures for the implementation of these policies.
Review current policies annually and develop new ones as needed to promote value for money and organizational effectiveness.
Propose global and service development strategies.
Develop new partnerships - sources of funding.
Maintain and develop public relations with funders.
Perform any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
University degree in a field related to the position.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in community organization management.
Previous experience in managing various resources (human, material and service development).
Fluency in written and spoken French and knowledge of English.
