Tasks
Operational Leadership
Oversee all manufacturing, supply chain, and quality operations.
Lead lean initiatives, process improvements, and technology adoption to enhance efficiency, throughput, and cost control.
Ensure best in class performance in safety, quality, and delivery.
Strategic and Commercial Leadership
Define and execute a long term growth strategy.
Oversee sales, marketing, and customer development to strengthen commercial execution.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, adjacent product lines, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure the right resources are in place to support a sustained pace of R&D and product improvement.
Strengthen collaboration with the HSE department to create a more integrated 360 degree customer offering.
Financial Management
Assume full responsibility for the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
Manage performance indicators to ensure profitable growth, strong margins, and disciplined working capital management.
People and Culture
Build, coach, and mobilize a high performing leadership team with clear accountability.

Job requirements
Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Proven success as a General Manager, President, Chief Operating Officer, or Division Head with full P&L responsibility.
Experience in export sales, distribution network development, and compliance with international standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Full proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
Advanced proficiency in English, due to communication with U.S.-based headquarters (approximately 10% of the time).
Experience with exposure to industrial services is considered an asset.
