  • Monitoring the execution of tasks by maintenance agents while providing support and assistance.
  • Managing and implementing projects (adding/modifying equipment, security system, optimizing use of space, etc.).
  • Developing all technical documentation following project completion.
  • Leading and coordinating the preventive maintenance program as well as corrective maintenance interventions.
  • Contributing to and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives and occupational health and safety (OHS) management.
  • Participating in OHS committee meetings.
  • Documenting and validating all equipment risk assessments in accordance with standards.
  • Any other related tasks as requested by the superior.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) membership.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance supervision.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of the paper, printing, or packaging industry is an advantage.
