Defining the strategic vision of the Crushing Division and developing submissions for various projects to achieve set objectives.
Overseeing all operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Providing continuous support to team leaders in the execution of their daily tasks.
Ensuring all division activities comply with current regulations.
Establishing and managing division budgets, monitoring costs, and optimizing financial performance.
Planning schedules and work to be performed for the season.
Maintaining and developing best practices to ensure plant capacity optimization.

7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in the construction field.
Strong domain knowledge.
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite for daily tasks.
Fluent in both spoken and written French.
English language skills are a definite plus!
