Our client is a leader in the Commercial Printing and Fulfilment space and is looking to bolster their leadership team with a Senior Vice President - Sales directly reporting to the CEO. The role of the Senior Vice President (SVP) - Sales is to manage and lead their sales teams to meet and exceed goals. The SVP will be responsible for the overall development of sales strategies, pipeline, leads, budget, and the P&L of the sales division. Among other things, the SVP will be responsible for marketing, developing the company’s sales talent as well as training them on different approaches they can use to achieve their KPI targets.
Develop strategies and effective sales plans to achieve the company’s sales goals.
Manage sales teams, operations, marketing to deliver optimum growth in all metrics.
Manage assigned annual sales budget and identify key areas of opportunity.
Provide input into the sales compensation and incentive programs to promote retention and to motivate and provide effective incentives for sales team(s).
Work closely with the marketing team to promote and achieve desired expectations of brand and target market(s).
Manage key accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and compile information and data related to leads and prospects.
Carry out all other related tasks.

10+ years of experience working in management and operational capacity.
10+ years in Sales Leadership position.
Successful experience in closing and managing upwards of $50M of sales.
Successful experience managing a team of 10+ sales professionals.
Excellent working knowledge in using CRM to manage team sales, pipeline, closing data.
Proven experience working in a mid-large sized company environment.
Sound knowledge in preparing various sales reports for review with leadership team.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage all aspects of sales.
