Tasks
Oversee transportation and warehousing operations, including route planning, fleet management, and team coordination.
Ensure operations comply with contractual terms and quality standards.
Optimize the use of routing and ERP systems (NetSuite or equivalent).
Work closely with executive management to implement operational strategies.
Maintain a high level of performance and customer service.
Contribute to budget development and adherence.
Support and guide supervisors in their staffing and equipment needs.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a transportation and warehousing environment.
Experience with heavy freight or large items (furniture, etc.) is an important asset.
Knowledge of ERP or routing systems (NetSuite, VMS).
Strong leadership, autonomy, and ability to collaborate with senior management.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
