Day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. On-site position.
Are you a telephone customer service specialist who enjoys solving customer problems?
You will be the point person for managing service calls, scheduling technicians and processing calls through the management system until billing. You will provide first line service on software that you have been trained on.
Tasks
Answer customer calls for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Create and track calls in management software.
Schedule appointments for technicians.
Be in constant communication with the technicians to check the work progress throughout the day.
Invoice customers once calls are completed.
Process orders and returns of parts.
Follow up with manufacturers/suppliers.
Assist customers with IT questions or problems regarding medical systems/software sold by the company.

Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11.
Knowledge of network management.
Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
