Our client, a large company that has been working in the construction materials industry for several years, is looking for a Level 2 Computer Technician at their head office in Quebec City. The company offers complete and paid training with great opportunities for advancement.
Tasks
Intervene with users for software and hardware incidents at the various service points.
Manage level 2 support tickets and handle escalation as needed.
Perform the deployment of updates on computers.
Ensure the maintenance of the computer and telephone system
Write technical procedures while introducing users to the equipment and computer tools.
Work in collaboration with the system administrators during IT projects.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
You have a DEP, DEC or an AEC in computer science.
You have significant experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of operating systems, infrastructures and IT tools (Windows, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Android/Apple mobile devices, PC software and others).
Able to travel to various service locations when necessary.
