Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Project Manager’s mission will be to understand all processes, systems and issues concerning the company. You will make recommendations in digital transformation projects to support the company and its users.

Tasks

  • Be up to date with the technologies and risks in the area of computer security in order to make improvements and recommendations.
  • Accompany users in their evaluation.
  • Follow up on IT projects and report progress to management.
  • Understand and translate business needs into functional and technical analysis.
  • Coordinate, execute and communicate ERP changes.
  • Support users in business applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a robust and scalable IT architecture in line with the company's orientation.
  • Maintain and create business dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders and proactively propose improvements.
  • Work closely with suppliers/partners (ERP and technology infrastructure).
  • Document current and future processes.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with e-commerce, SQL, ERP, CRM, Power-Bi and Office 365.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Very good knowledge in managing digital solutions for manufacturing companies.
  • Good knowledge at the infrastructure level.
  • Experience in process analysis and business intelligence, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
  • Good knowledge in development and implementation (SSRS/report builder) and Power BI.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), as an administrator.
  • Knowledge of ERP (Genius an asset).

  • Experience in process analysis and business intelligence, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner and establish priorities.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and promote ideas effectively.
  • Ability to synthesize data and communicate it to management.
  • Execute tasks thoroughly and with respect to the rules.
  • Be autonomous, innovative and structured.
