Our client, a major contributor to Quebec's economic development, is looking for a User Support Technician for their Downtown Montreal office for a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. A great opportunity in a stimulating environment.
Provide phone and on-site support for software, packages and equipment for all internal and external users.
Resolve various computer incidents related to software, equipment, telecommunications, and make corrections or escalate the request to the manager.
Configure, install/uninstall computer equipment as needed (workstations, printers, etc.).
Follow-up with users via the follow-up management tools.
Manage devices (cell phones, USB keys, laptops, projectors, etc.).
Update the inventory of computer equipment.
Participate in the drafting of procedures/guidelines regarding the deployment, configuration and use of software packages or peripherals.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
