Our client, established for over 20 years as a service provider in the fields of telecommunications and IT services is looking for an Account Manager.

Tasks

  • Increase market share through strategic business development.
  • Identify growth opportunities through a structured prospecting approach.
  • Manage existing customer base and identify cross-selling opportunities through a trusted advisor approach.
  • Listen to customer needs and propose the right solution for each situation by analyzing costs and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships at several levels with customers.
  • Make the most of the computer tools provided, such as the CRM.
  • Work with internal teams to develop ideal solutions for each client.
  • Analyze territory/market potential and report information to the marketing department.
  • Achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including follow-ups after the initial sale in order to retain customers.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.
  • College or university degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT or telecommunications field.
  • Proficiency in prospecting and sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of information technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype, CRM and messaging tools) and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Have a driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
