Our client, established for over 20 years as a service provider in the fields of telecommunications and IT services is looking for an Account Manager.
Increase market share through strategic business development.
Identify growth opportunities through a structured prospecting approach.
Manage existing customer base and identify cross-selling opportunities through a trusted advisor approach.
Listen to customer needs and propose the right solution for each situation by analyzing costs and benefits.
Develop and maintain business relationships at several levels with customers.
Make the most of the computer tools provided, such as the CRM.
Work with internal teams to develop ideal solutions for each client.
Analyze territory/market potential and report information to the marketing department.
Achieve sales objectives.
Manage the entire sales cycle including follow-ups after the initial sale in order to retain customers.
Perform any other related tasks.

Perfectly bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.
College or university degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT or telecommunications field.
Proficiency in prospecting and sales techniques.
Knowledge of information technology.
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype, CRM and messaging tools) and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
Have a driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
