  • Answering calls from new and existing clients.
  • Scheduling client appointments with advisors.
  • Processing claims evidence and all other documents related to insolvency file management.
  • Entering new files into the insolvency file management software.
  • Performing any other related tasks to assist file management.

Job requirements

  • Experience in the insolvency industry.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position (administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), an asset.
