Our client, a company of certified professional accountants located in Saint-Lambert, is seeking a candidate to fill an Administrative Assistant position. A beautiful and dynamic work environment awaits, with tailored training provided to meet our needs.

Tasks

  • Executing the formatting of various documents, primarily financial statements (training provided).
  • Communicating with clients, whether by phone or email.
  • Efficiently managing a client space (training provided).
  • Ensuring correspondence and shipping of documents.
  • Making purchases and organizing various aspects of the office, including communication with suppliers.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration, DCS or DVS, or other relevant training.
  • Excellent spoken and written French.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365, mastery of Word and Outlook (essential), and knowledge of Excel would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite, Acrobat.
