Updating users’ ongoing training records.
Managing customer service for training programs.
Preparing and updating files for ongoing training programs.
Monitoring the training budget and verifying invoices.
Managing reservations for resources related to training programs.
Translating content from French to English.
Coordinating content production for training programs and ensuring quality control.
Compiling essential data for the functioning of training programs.
Launching certain online training programs.
Performing any other related tasks.

HYBRID full-time position! – two days at home and three days in the office (after training).

At least two years of experience in administrative support, project management, or any other related field/education.
