Day shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 32 to 35 hours per week
Our client, a non-profit organization helping people living with birth deformities, is looking for an empathetic person with great listening skills to come and lend a hand as Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will implement the organization’s daily activities and large-scale projects.
Tasks
Answering questions received by phone and email.
Maintaining an information register of member contact details.
Organizing the annual meeting and taking minutes.
Organizing special activities for organization members and taking charge of their files.
Organizing events to increase the organization’s visibility.
Writing correspondence.
Implementing the board of trustees and attaching documentation.
Preparing internal budgets, financial reports, and sending reports to the Accountant.
Acting as the organization's representative to Health Canada and other partners.
Supporting the President in any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Experience in project management and implementation.
