Our client, a key player in the international food and beverage industry, is looking for a sharp, dynamic, and customer-oriented individual to take on the role of Customer Service Coordinator. Tasks

  • Manage orders from Canadian and U.S. clients with efficiency and a smile (even over the phone!).
  • Confirm delivery dates and quantities — nothing gets past you!
  • Enter orders into the system and on 3PL warehouse portals.
  • Verify delivery notes and ensure proactive follow-ups.
  • Handle unexpected issues (shortages, delays) calmly and with solutions.
  • Keep a close eye on stock rotation.
  • Contribute to weekly sales report preparation.
  • Verify invoices.
  • Be ready to pitch in where needed — a team spirit is essential!
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Diploma of vocational or college studies (DEP or DEC) in office administration, secretarial work, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or order processing.
  • Fully bilingual (French and English), as 50% of the clientele is English-speaking.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
