Our client, a key player in the international food and beverage industry, is looking for a sharp, dynamic, and customer-oriented individual to take on the role of Customer Service Coordinator.

Tasks
Manage orders from Canadian and U.S. clients with efficiency and a smile (even over the phone!).
Confirm delivery dates and quantities — nothing gets past you!
Enter orders into the system and on 3PL warehouse portals.
Verify delivery notes and ensure proactive follow-ups.
Handle unexpected issues (shortages, delays) calmly and with solutions.
Keep a close eye on stock rotation.
Contribute to weekly sales report preparation.
Verify invoices.
Be ready to pitch in where needed — a team spirit is essential!
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Diploma of vocational or college studies (DEP or DEC) in office administration, secretarial work, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or order processing.
Fully bilingual (French and English), as 50% of the clientele is English-speaking.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
