Tasks
Financial Reporting
Prepare and present complete, accurate, and timely financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS standards.
Lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and responding effectively to any recommendations.
Monitor the company’s financial performance, including variance analysis and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Budgeting and Financial Forecasting
Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with department heads to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Create and update financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Analyze budget variances and provide actionable recommendations to management for financial adjustments as needed.
Internal Controls and Compliance
Design, implement, and oversee a robust internal control framework to protect the company’s assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA designation (or equivalent) required – candidates in the process of obtaining certification will also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in a public accounting firm or within a structured corporate environment is highly preferred.
Strong background in managing financial teams and complex operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial tools.
