Day shift, 8:30 am to 5 pm, 3 or 4 days (20 to 25 hours) per week

Our client, an importer of sewing, knitting, and embroidery products, and a rental property manager, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to fill a Customer Service Agent position at their Old Montreal office. This person will be responsible for the internal support of on-road representatives.

Tasks

  • Processing requests and orders received by phone and email.
  • Submitting and tracking new orders.
  • Taking charge of orders placed by customers.
  • Monitoring customer orders and inventory, and billing orders daily.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving department sales targets.
  • Possibility to update social media accounts.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, DVS in Sales, or any other relevant diploma.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of Acomba software (an asset).
  • Knowledge of the knitting, sewing, or embroidery product industries (an asset).
