Process every incoming order. If necessary, suggest alternatives to unavailable products.
Use the phone, email or chat: all platforms are good to offer good customer service.
Take advantage of each interaction with customers to offer personalized solutions to their requests.
Follow up on current orders and proactively propose solutions to customers.
Prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
Provide effective support to the external sales team.
In order to provide excellent service, be available to perform other related tasks.

You have completed your secondary education.
You have experience in a call center? Excellent!
You are completely bilingual, French and English – spoken and written (to be able to respond to bilingual customers).
You are proficient in the Office suite.
You are available to work face-to-face (no telecommuting).
You're a good listener and enjoy working with people.
