  • Designing detailed plans and 3D models of custom metal structures using SolidWorks.
  • Collaborating closely with the Engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with client specifications.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of custom manufacturing processes, including sheet metal work, machining, welding, and assembly.
  • Actively participating in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by suggesting innovations and optimizations.
  • Ensuring clear communication with production teams to ensure the quality and precision of finished products.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all designs, modifications, and specifications.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or any other relevant field.
  • At least five years of experience as a Design Draftsperson of custom industrial equipment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, including sheet metal work, machining, welding, and assembly.
  • Mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
