  • Managing and updating official documents.
  • Updating employee training at various sites.
  • Monitoring ISO standard requirements and informing the CEO of developments, updates, or discrepancies.
  • Keeping up-to-date statistics and reports related to occupational health and safety (OHS).
  • Preparing agendas, reports, and necessary documents for committees chaired by the CEO.
  • Drafting, revising, proofreading, translating, and formatting various documents, ensuring their quality and compliance.
  • Managing invoice processing, including necessary verifications and approvals.
  • Handling filing and archiving.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence flow.
  • Coordinating telephone calls to the CEO’s office and addressing general enquiries.
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences.
  • Preparing internal reports as per the CEO’s requests.
  • Collaborating occasionally with other offices.
  • Performing other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • College education in administrative or secretarial techniques or equivalent.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in French and a good level in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry a significant asset.
