They are looking for a Human Resources Advisor who thrives in challenges. You are the right person if people describe you as well-organized, and you enjoy implementing procedures to enhance your and your colleagues’ work.

Tasks

  • Developing and implementing the recruitment strategy.
  • Developing, coordinating, leading, and supervising all HR initiatives, including recruitment, internal communications, employee appreciation programs, training, skill development, health, safety, and well-being at work.
  • Providing advice to management on human resources management.
  • Proposing and developing policies and procedures in human resources management.
  • Onboarding employees.
  • Developing strategies, procedures, and tools to promote organizational health and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • At least three (3) to four (4) years in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of provincial and federal laws.
