Collaborating with the Regional Director of Operations to assess recruitment needs.
Participating in the recruitment process.
Supporting warehouse managers in personnel management and labour relations.
Supporting warehouse managers by contributing to annual evaluations.
Assisting in the establishment of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies with the OHS Coordinator.
Managing documentation in case of workplace accidents.
Collaborating with warehouse managers to ensure compliance with company policies.
Drafting disciplinary notices and other letters.
Conducting disciplinary meetings and supporting managers in this area.
Occasionally performing document translations into English.
Performing other related tasks.

The position can be located in Gatineau or Ottawa (according to your preference!).
Start date is at the end of February - March.
Hybrid work mode: three days at home; two days in the office.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or any other related field.
Minimum of five years’ experience as an HR generalist.
Excellent level of bilingualism (French and English).
Strong understanding of labour standards (OHS and HR laws).
Being familiar with labor standards in the Maritime provinces (a good asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft and its Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High degree of autonomy.
Excellent skills and interest in using new technologies.
Organizational skills and good time management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
