Our client is a Quebec company specializing in transportation, in business for over 35 years. They are looking for a Human Resources Director who is passionate about challenges. You are the person we are looking for if you appreciate implementing procedures to improve your and your colleagues’ work.
Developing and applying recruitment strategies.
Developing, coordinating, directing, and supervising all initiatives in your area, including recruitment, internal communications, employee appreciation, training, skill development, health, safety and well-being at work.
Providing advice to management on human resource management.
Proposing and developing policies and procedures regarding human resource management.
Overseeing employee onboarding.
Developing strategies, procedures, and tools aimed at promoting organizational health and strengthening the employer brand.
Performing any other related tasks.

Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
At least four years’ experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of provincial and federal laws.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ideally must be a member of ORHRI.
Empathetic and friendly.
Focused on customer service, responsible, open to change.
Demonstrated initiative and strong organizational skills.
