They are looking for a Human Resources Director who is passionate about challenges. You are the person we are looking for if you appreciate implementing procedures to improve your and your colleagues’ work.

Tasks

  • Developing and applying recruitment strategies.
  • Developing, coordinating, directing, and supervising all initiatives in your area, including recruitment, internal communications, employee appreciation, training, skill development, health, safety and well-being at work.
  • Providing advice to management on human resource management.
  • Proposing and developing policies and procedures regarding human resource management.
  • Overseeing employee onboarding.
  • Developing strategies, procedures, and tools aimed at promoting organizational health and strengthening the employer brand.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • At least four years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of provincial and federal laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ideally must be a member of ORHRI.
