Acting as an expert advisor in the application of collective agreements and labour laws.
Maintaining healthy labour relations with union partners (handling grievances, disputes).
Facilitating various working committees.
Supporting and training team members under your supervision.
Assisting and mentoring managers.
Performing any other related tasks and supporting the Assistant Director.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Law, or a relevant field.
At least five years’ relevant experience in labour relations.
Significant achievements in labour relations.
Knowledge of labour laws, workforce planning, personnel movements and administrative tribunals.
Experience as a coordinator is an asset.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
