Tasks
Implement the store’s vision and objectives to contribute to the company’s success.
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers by ensuring your department is always customer-ready and impeccably maintained.
Inspire your team to excel in sales using the tools and training provided by the company.
Suggest innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure smooth operational coordination.
Train, coach, and motivate your team using the banner’s programs.
Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team.
Contribute to performance evaluations and support the resulting action plans.
Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all.
Take on any other challenges related to your role, as needed by management.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in retail management, administrative techniques, accounting, or business management.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience (a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with retail POS or inventory systems (an asset).
