At our client's firm, a team of specialized engineers, the role of a proposal writer goes far beyond crafting words — it’s about building stories and creating opportunities. Based in Drummondville, you will be the creative force behind service proposals, shaping documents that are not only clear and compelling but also precisely aligned with the ever-evolving needs of the industry. You won't just be writing documents — you'll be building bridges between technical solutions and ambitious visions, between challenges and achievements.

Tasks

  • Independently write and revise documents related to service proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Take charge of opening new projects in the internal system and ensure effective and well-organized document management.
  • Monitor platforms to identify new submission opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize the organization of key documents (CVs, project sheets, etc.) for quick and easy access.
  • Show initiative in improving processes to make the submission workflow more efficient and seamless.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a writing, administrative support (office), proposal preparation, or a related role.
  • Ability to read engineering or architectural plans (an asset).
  • Diploma in administration, office work, writing, literature, secretarial studies, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Beginner-level English (approximately 5% to 10% of interactions).
  • Must work on-site at the Drummondville office.
