Tasks

  • Develop sales strategies: Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve the company's sales objectives.
  • Set sales targets: Define achievable performance goals for the sales team, taking into account historical data, market trends, and overall company objectives.
  • Establish customer relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, develop new business partnerships, and meet customer needs to retain and expand the client portfolio.
  • Analyze sales data: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify market trends, and recommend strategic adjustments if necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistency and overall effectiveness of the company's commercial activities.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the retail sector - Director or Senior Representative.
  • Degree in purchasing, sales, or related field.
  • Ability to travel across Canada.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and Power BI software.
