Are you passionate about sales, development, building new client relationships, and strengthening existing ones? Are you technically inclined, with a love for mechanics and a dynamic spirit? If so, this is the job for you. Our client provides robust and flexible metal pipes, metal expansion joints, and vibration isolators to industries such as oil and gas refining, energy production, and steelmaking. Our client is seeking a Sales Manager for Quebec, based in Laval.

Tasks

  • Engaging daily with contractors, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, distributors, and end users to assess their needs and provide creative solutions.
  • Managing a complete B2B sales cycle for a project-oriented company, including lead prospecting, presenting to engineers, handling quote/proposal requests, and closing sales.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining lasting client relationships, consistently seeking out potential new clients who could benefit from the company’s products and services.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or Business diploma with a concentration in mechanics required.
  • At least two (2) to three (3) years of B2B technical sales experience.
  • Experience selling HVAC products to contractors.
  • Mastery of English.

Desired profile

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and optimize efficiency, engagement, and results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Effective presentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, with experience delivering engaging presentations to present clients with the company’s products.
