  • Actively seek and identify prospects aligned with the company's business strategy to achieve growth objectives.
  • Draft and persuasively present commercial offers to clients.
  • Organize and lead the tender response reviews.
  • Lead contractual negotiations while closely collaborating with the legal department to assess potential gaps.
  • Expand the company's commercial footprint by developing sales within the major client portfolio.
  • Effectively manage customer requests for changes, amendments, and claims.
  • Act as the voice of the clients within the company by conveying their satisfaction and dissatisfaction feedback.
  • Cultivate and maintain the loyalty of our existing clientele.
  • Coordinate the company's representation at trade shows and other business events with excellence.
  • Actively embody and promote the company's image to strengthen its market presence.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or an equivalent program.
  • Accumulate 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, to interact with clients.
